Some ideas of how we should spend money in the group:

1.  50% of what is fundraised each year should be spent that year. (this ensures that those who contribute gain from the money given)  
2.  Up to 50% of annual camp could be subsidised.  

3 .Create fund for new Hall, x%  

4. <€500 is considered petty cash (all spending must be receipted)
5. Must have 3 section leaders to sign off more than €500 spend. 
6. Must have Group council majority decision for >€2000 spend
